Will my items stay frozen in transit?
Each box is packed with enough gel packs to keep the items frozen. Do however note that as our products are perishable, it is important to get them into a freezer as soon as possible upon being delivered.
What are the delivery dates available for my order?

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge is waived for orders SGD $35 & above. For orders below SGD $35, there will be a delivery charge of SGD $6 per location. There is a minimum order of SGD 20 per order.
What are the delivery options?
We currently only provide home delivery of your order to the address specified.
What should I do if I missed my delivery?
To arrange for another delivery, please write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that there will be an additional delivery charge of $10 per delivery location imposed for the next delivery attempt.
Can I change my delivery timing?
Yes, you may change your delivery timing by informing us within 30 minutes upon order confirmation. Please drop us a WhatsApp on your request at +65 90225071.
I discovered missing / damaged items in my delivery order. What should I do?
We are really sorry that you had to undergo such an experience. Kindly reach out to us via email at email@example.com and our Customer Service Officers will respond within 48 hours.
How should I store any leftovers?
All of our Mix'em bowls & Pints must be stored in a freezer. Prior to eating, let them sit out for 3 - 5 minutes for a perfectly creamy treat.
